        Academic Achievements:

        1. Invented “the Error Component Structures in the Regression Model with Joint Logistic Dis-

        tribution”, a new research method in Discrete Choice Models of Econometrics, working with

        the American well-known econometrician N. S. Cardell. The method has been tested by pra-

        ctical data and the result was published on an international authoritative science magazine.

        2. Invented “the Bio-Analysis of Joint Logistic Distribution of Double Heterogeneity Duration

        Time Model”, a new model in Duration Analysis. The method has been tested by practical

        data and the result was published on a science journal.

        3. First put forward the issue on risks for China rising from the huge surplus and dollar dep-

        osit in Sino-US Trade and published the article titled Who Benefits from U.S. Trade Deficit

        Policy on Economic Daily, which aroused the discussion on Sino-U.S. trade and the alter-

        ation of exchange rate in China as well as provided references for the adjustment of China’s

        foreign trade policy.

        4. Published many articles on advanced international economist journals and edited some

        economic works such as Guide of Econometrics.

        YANG Hai

        Mr. YANG Hai, President of Beijing Steele Business Investigation Center, has been comm-

        itted to the risk prevention and control of commercial morality and credit, and is the pioneer

        in business investigation in China, who first brought up the concept of “Business Security”.

        After a logical thought on the development of investigation industry, Mr. YANG brewed a

        professional development mode and carried it out, leading the business investigation

        industry to expert-type. With his profound comprehension toward investigation and gor-

        geous achievement in China’s investigation field, Mr. YANG joined the Association of British

        Investigators (ABI), a traditional professional investigation organization in the world. Subseq-

        uently, he was invited to affiliate to several international notable investigation associations as

        an investigation expert in the world. Mr. YANG has been interviewed by Newsweek, The Ec-

        onomist, China Youth Daily, and has composed Investigation Commencing and Chance &

        XU Jiali

        With a dozen years of experience as a lawyer, XU Jiali is proficient in foreign investment,

        intellectual property and criminal defense. XU Jiali is also one of the founders of L & A Law

        Firm and director of partner meeting and maintains sound cooperation relationships with ove-

        rseas law firms. In 1986, he began to work for Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the Peopl-

        e’s Republic of China and then resigned to be a lawyer till now. XU Jiali has been honored

        several awards, such as one of “Beijing Top Ten Best Lawyers” held for the first time by
