A. Course Preparation.
Before the training course, we will work out course contents based on the characteristics
and requirements of customer enterprise as well as our practical experience in risk control.
If necessary, our lecturer will carry an in-depth conversation with relevant staff in the custo-
mer enterprise and accordingly adjust training contents with reference to the materials pro-
vided by the enterprise.
B. Course Design
The course contents will be designed according to the enterprise’s actual situation and trai-
ning requirements with interaction between lecturers and student as primary training form b-
ased on the courseware.
C. Lecturers
All our lecturers are training experts with abundant practical experiences in business risk c-
ontrol. They are either managerial personnel in companies or professional consultants in en-
terprise management. Please refer to Lectures Introduction for detailed information.
D. Training Location
Training location usually is arranged by enterprises themselves. Our company can also arra-
nge training location and accommodations for students on behalf of enterprises. If our lectur-
ers are required to go somewhere outside Beijing to give lectures, fees for business trip and
accommodations will be paid by enterprises.
E. Training Facilities
If enterprises arrange training location, please make sure you have projectors, microphones,
white boards, white board markers and some other necessary facilities in the training room.
F. Review
After the training courses, students will make an evaluation on course design, lecturing and
training effect. Through training, lecturers will work out a risk assessment report and provide
risk management suggestions for existing problems of enterprises, and assist managerial p-
ersonnel of enterprises finding out best solutions to the risks.
G. Charge
Charges will be determined after an evaluation on enterprises’ training requirements.
H. Agreement
Training agreement shall be signed ten business days ahead of the training date for assigni-
ng lecturers and preparing teaching materials.
I. Suspended matters
Any suspended matters in the agreement shall be solved through friendly consultation to re-
ach a written agreement between two parties.
